60-DAY & 30-DAY TIMELINES

 

Please note that Administrators must submit a request and justification for all EWRs prior to the supplemental hours worked. Confirm start and end dates and the maximum number of hours with the employee.  The request is processed by office staff and then goes through an approval process before timesheets can be entered.

 

With the exception of the Classified Substitute timesheet, all timesheets are submitted through a google form. The form will insert responses into a timesheet document that is then converted to a PDF and sent via email to the respondent and SELPA office. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive. Once the email is received by the respondent and the office, no further action is required.
