Inter District transfer forms are to be completed by families who wish to attend a school outside of the Pajaro Valley Unified School District. Parents can pick up an application at the school of attendance or at the Student Services Department and return the completed application back to the school of attendance or the Student Services Department in person, by mail, or by fax to: (831) 722-9170. You can also email the completed form to: idt@pvusd.net
Las formas de transferencia Inter Distrito son completadas por familias que estan interesadas en asistir a una escuela fuera del Distrito Escolar Unificado del Valle de Pajaro. Los padres pueden recoger una solicitud en su escuela de asistencia o en el Departamento de Servicios Estudiantiles y regresar la solicitud después de haberla llenado a su escuela de asistencia o al Departamento de Servicios Estudiantiles en persona, por correo, o por fax al numero: (831) 722-9170. The Student Services Department can help you obtain attendance records, registration information, and grades/transcripts. To obtain this information please complete the form below and bring a photo ID with you at the time you submit the request. You can submit this request in person, by mail, or by fax to: (831) 722-9170.
