Comprehensive Accountability Framework
The Comprehensive Accountability Framework (CAF) is the PVUSD plan for continuous improvement. It is grounded in three basic components:
- Clear goals
- Progress monitoring
- System-wide alignment & collaboration
The CAF is designed to ensure progress in meeting district and site-based goals. It focuses on continuous improvement through a system-wide alignment of our processes and programs including Power Standards, assessments, School Improvement Plans, and Data Teams, while concurrently emphasizing communication and collaboration across all departments.
