INTRA DISTRICT TRANSFER FORM

Intra District transfer forms are for families requesting to attend a different PVUSD school, other than their school of residence./ Las transferencias intra-distrito son para familias que solicitan asistir a una escuela dentro del distrito de PVUSD, pero es una escuela que no les pertenece de acuerdo con su domicilio.
 
Please note that our Intradistrict Transfer Forms are now closed for the 2025-2026 school year. We will provide more information about when our form will be open for the 2026-2027 school year.

This request is for Kindergarten through 8th grade records. Download, complete, save, and email your request to idt@pvusd.net along with a valid photo ID. Please allow five (5) business days to process your request. Ésta solicitud es para archivos de los grados kinder a octavo. Descargue, complete, guarde y envíe su solicitud por correo electrónico a idt@pvusd.net junto con una foto de su identificación válida. Favor de permitir cinco (5) días hábiles para procesar su solicitud.
