STEP 2: Bring the following documents to your neighborhood school's office:
    • Copy of immunization records (required immunization listed here)
    • Verification of age (birth record, birth certificate, baptism certificate, passport or affidavit of the parent, guardian or custodian of the minor)
    • Proof of residence (PG&E, water bill, etc.)
STEP 3: The school will verify the required documents and assist with the registration process.

Returning Students of Current Families:

If you have a current student attending a school in our district, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1: Log into your ParentVue Online Registration Account Access Portal

STEP 2: Click "Online Registration" in the upper right hand corner of the page.

STEP 3: Review and update the following sections: Instructions, Family, Parent/Guardian, and Emergency. Submit and move on to the "Students" section.

STEP 4: On the "Student" page, students who have attended a PVUSD school in the previous school year should be listed under, "Students to Enroll in 2026-2027".  Review and update the fields in the "Students" section for each student listed. Submit and move on to the "Documents" section. If you do not see your student listed and they attended a PVUSD school in the previous year, please contact the school your student(s) should be attending in the 2026-2027 school year. 

STEP 5: In the "Documents" section add/upload required documents and then click, "Save and Continue".

STEP 6: Review and submit the Online Registration Form.

 

New Students of Current Families:

If you have a new student attending a school in our district, please follow the instruction below.
STEP 2: Click "Online Registration" in the upper right hand corner of the page.
STEP 3: Complete the following sections: Instructions, Family, Parent/Guardian, and Emergency. Submit and move on to the "Students" section.
STEP 4: New students to PVUSD will not automatically appear on the "Students" page. Please click the "+ Add New Student" button. Follow the instructions and complete the required fields. Submit and move on to the "Documents" section. Please note, if you have a student who attended a PVUSD school in the previous school year including a PVUSD preschool, they should be listed automatically. If you do not see your student listed and they attended a PVUSD school in the previous year, please contact the school your student(s) should be attending in the 2026-2027 school year. 
STEP 5: In the "Documents" section add/upload required documents and then click, "Save and Continue".
STEP 6: Review and submit the Online Registration Form.
FAMILIES OUTSIDE OF PVUSD WHO WANT TO TRANSFER INTO THE DISTRICT:

FAMILIES OUTSIDE OF PVUSD WHO WANT TO TRANSFER INTO THE DISTRICT:

For students living outside PVUSD who wish to attend a school within PVUSD school, this is possible but the process must start at your school district of residence.
Contact your local school district and request to initiate an Interdistrict Transfer. They will be able to assist you and will contact our district to propose the transfer.

Intradistrict Transfers


Students living within PVUSD who wish to apply for a transfer to a school within our district other than the school of their residence, must apply for an Intradistrict Transfer. Intradistrict Transfers will be granted if space within the school requested exists for a new student. Please use the link below to complete the application. The deadline to request an Intradistrict transfer is December 19, 2025.
