Community Advisory Committee Parent Ambassadors
The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is seeking dedicated Parent Ambassadors to help strengthen communication and connection between families and schools.
What is a CAC Parent Ambassador?
A Parent Ambassador is a volunteer who:
- Attends monthly CAC meetings
- Shares important information with their school community
- Helps families understand programs, rights, and available resources
- Strengthens communication between the district, school, and families of students receiving special services
- Ensures parent perspectives help shape special education services
