- Edad: Tener entre 0 y 21 años de edad y no haber completado aún la preparatoria o el GED.
- Mudanza Reciente: Haber salido fuera del área de Watsonville en los últimos 3 años o haberse mudado a esta área en los últimos 3 años.
- Empleo Calificado: Alguien en la familia trabaja o ha trabajado en agricultura, pesca, empaques, procesadoras o lecherías en los últimos 3 años.

- Recent Move: Must have left the Watsonville area in the last 3 years or moved to this area in the last 3 years.
- Qualifying Work: Someone in the family currently works or has worked in agriculture, fishing, canneries, processing plants or dairy in the past 3 years.
