About ParentSquare:
Starting the 2024-25 school year, you will have the classes that are rostered to you in Synergy automatically rostered to you in ParentSquare (with parent contact info). You will be able to interact with ParentSquare using the app on your mobile device and from your computer on the ParentSquare website.
With ParentSquare, you will be able to:
- Create and send newsletters
- Direct Message with two-way translation
- Send Forms and Permission Slips
- Create Appointment Sign-ups (parent-teacher conferences, technology pick-ups)
- Create Calendar Entries and RSVPs
- Send Volunteering and classroom supply sign-ups
- Complete chart of communication tools and features
Communication to Families:
- Parents will receive an activation email for their ParentSquare account, or they can download the app to register. Those who do not register will still receive simple text and email notifications. Parents who do create an account can interact by viewing photos, downloading attachments, leaving comments, messaging teachers, signing permission slips and managing their communication settings and preferences.
- Flyer to send home with students (two-sided, English and Spanish)
- Family members will be added and removed from your ParentSquare classes as their students are added and removed from your classes in Synergy.

- ParentSquare Skill-Up (video) This video covers creating groups, posts with add-ons, and appointment sign-ups.
