☀️Summer school coming soon☀️

Dear PVUSD Families and Staff,
We are pleased to share an important update regarding our Summer Programming registration process.
PVUSD is currently revamping summer registration to create one streamlinedunified system that will allow families to complete registration more quickly and efficiently through a single portal for both Summer School and Summer Camp programs.
This updated process is designed to improve accessibility, reduce confusion, and provide a smoother experience for families as they plan for summer learning and enrichment opportunities.

Upcoming Timeline:
Mid–Late March: Registration for Summer School and Summer Camps will open via InPlay. Look out for a text message with your personalized invitation

Get ready for a summer full of learning, laughter, and new adventures! This year’s Summer School program is bigger and brighter than ever!

Our elementary students will enjoy engaging, hands-on learning at five elementary school sites, including a special Bridge Dual Language Program at HA Hyde—a perfect opportunity to build skills and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

Summer School programming will run 6.5 hours per day. Additional Breakfast Club and After School programming to create a 7–9 hour day. Transportation, breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack will be provided to ensure students are supported throughout the day.

Students will engage in reading, math, and fun science projects designed to spark curiosity and strengthen foundational skills. We will also welcome various community partners to our campuses to provide fun and enriching activities that make learning exciting and memorable!

All middle school students will come together at Cesar Chavez Middle School, where learning meets connection, creativity, and community.

Watsonville High will host all high school students and our promoting 8th grade students—can explore exciting new courses designed to spark curiosity and expand interests. Whether you're discovering a new passion or getting ahead for the fall, there’s something for everyone! Need to make up credits? We have you covered! Students are able to makeup up to two classes!

And that’s not all… Cabrillo College will be on campus offering Yoga! What better way to balance brainpower with relaxation and wellness than with dual enrollment.

This summer, we’re bringing together opportunity, enrichment, and fun. Each student is allowed to enroll in Summer School and two Summer Camps during the first round of enrollments!
