All Summer Camp and Summer School registration will be completed through InPlay.
Please ensure your cell phone number is up to date in your student’s school profile, as the registration link will be sent via text message. Each student is allowed to enroll in two Summer Camps during the first round of enrollments. If you need to update your phone number, please do so at the front office of your student’s school.
Each student will receive a personalized text that is exclusive to them, ensuring that only the intended student can access the link. Please note in the event that you share your text link, any new recipient will be able to select camps and your student’s selections will be replaced by any new camp selections made through that link.
This will result in your original camp choices being replaced, potentially allowing other registrants to claim the spots you had previously selected, which could jeopardize your preferred camp options. Expanded Learning will not be able to restore your previous selections, as registration is live and spots are being filled in real-time.
To protect your child’s camp placement, please keep your personalized registration link private.
Please note students are only allowed to enroll in one horse camp session. If you select two horse riding sessions you will be required to withdraw from one. Should you fail to self-withdraw within 24 hours, Expanded Learning reserves the right to unenroll your student from one of the camps.
Daily camp attendance is expected. If your Summer plans have changed, please withdraw from the camp via InPlay. Self withdrawal will allow you the ability to enroll in another camp option. If you need support withdrawing from a camp please email expanded_learning@pvusd.net a week prior to the start of camp. Failure to notify or self withdrawal will forfeit your ability to select an alternative camp option and enroll in future opportunities.
PVUSD’s Expanded Learning Department (ELOP) is funded through grants, not general funds. These grants allow us to provide programs tailored to students’ unique needs, including after-school activities, summer enrichment, and transportation, all in accordance with California Department of Education (CDE) Expanded Learning Division and grant guidelines.
We are dedicated to making all ELOP services accessible to every child, with accommodations for students with all abilities & disabilities whenever possible. If Transportation is a barrier please contact Expanded Learning for transportation options. Meals are provided at many programs, meeting nutritional standards set by the grant and in partnership with our nutrition and food service teams.
Please Note: While PVUSD Expanded Learning proudly partners with these organizations, each provider independently determines the accessibility and capacity of their program. Our shared goal is to promote inclusion and accessibility for as many students as possible. For questions about accessibility, transportation, or meals, please email us, we’re here to support your child.
