Student Data Privacy Policy

Expanded Learning Pajaro Valley Unified School District

PVUSD Expanded Learning collects student data to enroll students in expanded
learning programs and is committed to protecting the student information in accordance
with California’s Student Online Personal Information Protection Act (SOPIPA).
We only collect relevant student information (e.g. family contact info, health information,
emergency contacts) to register the students into appropriate programs and keep them
safe.
When we collect student information:
 We do not sell student information to third parties.
 We do not use student information for advertising or marketing purposes.
 We only use student information to provide educational services and do not
transfer the data internationally.
