Optional Absence Forms

SELPA District Staff now has the option of reporting absences online. Depending on your position, you will need to submit a form.

For classified and professional services, staff that does not need a sub, submit your absence using the General Absence Form. 

For IAs, BTs, LDNs, HCAs, SCIAs, and other staff, you will need to submit your absence on the Absence with Sub Request Form. 

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU STILL NEED TO FILL OUT A MONTHLY ABSENCE FORM IN THE SELPA DISTRICT OFFICE UPON RETURNING.
