The Pajaro Valley Unified School District (PVUSD) Board of Education (“Board”) has identified a set of activities and deliverables that it wants to pursue to increase its focus on improving student outcomes.
 
The Board of Trustees appreciates the time and participation of those of you who attended our listening sessions. We have heard from parents and staff that you would like to have opportunities to meet with us without an agenda.  We are open to that, but we do want to finish our work that will shape district goals. We ask that you complete our Board Community Engagement Survey.

New in February: Two to three Board Trustees will host a virtual meeting on the Monday prior to each regular Board meeting (or Tuesday if the Monday is a holiday). These sessions are designed to provide an overview of “What’s on the Agenda” for the
 upcoming Board meeting. While the primary focus will be on agenda items, Trustees also welcome the opportunity to listen to and engage in other district-related topics that participants would like to discuss.

The (PVUSD) Board of Trustees holds regular Board meetings twice a month, although there are some exceptions, so please be sure to check our meeting schedule. Meetings are held on Wednesday evenings; closed session begins at 6:00 pm and public session at 7:00pm for most meetings.  Additional special meetings and study sessions may be added throughout the year.
