  • Need a flexible schedule due to work or other activities
  • Plan to remain in the Independent Studies program for an extended amount of time; preferably the full year.

PV Elevate Staff will contact you to follow up and invite you to attend the mandatory "Parent/Guardian Orentation," to be held in April/May, 2026.

PV Elevate is a 1st-12th grade, long-term online learning program facilitated by credentialed teachers through online courses. After a student applies (link to the left), parents/guardians will be invited to an initial orientation meeting, and after that, there is a "Welcome meeting with the parents/guardians, students, and teacher, where the completion of a PVE independent study agreement is finalized. Weekly assignments must be completed, and students must attend scheduled meetings to remain in the program.  PVE students remain enrolled at the school of enrollment and are eligible for activities at the school, including sports, clubs, after school programs, events, etc...
 
Course content is accessed through an online curriculum. Students will need to attend in-person for testing/assessment or other activities throughout the year.
