The Governing Board of the Pajaro Valley Unified School District has selected Elaine Collins, Ed. D., of the California School Boards Association Executive Search Services, as its adviser to assist the board in its search for a new superintendent. One of the first tasks in the search and selection process is to determine the specific traits, skills, abilities and experience desired in the new superintendent.
The board feels it is important to obtain input from others. They would like to invite members of the staff and community to two community forums on Wednesday, January 30 and Thursday, January 31; Ms. Collins will facilitate this process. Translation services in Spanish will be provided. These meetings will be held at the District Office Boardroom, 294 Green Valley Road, Watsonville, from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm.
