The Pajaro Valley Unified School District SELPA hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held as follows:
TOPIC OF HEARING:
Final review and adoption of the SELPA-wide Annual Service Delivery Plan and the SELPA-wide Annual Budget Plan for 2006-2007
Note: The California State Department of Education has recently informed all of the SELPAs in the state that they need to conduct a public hearing on their 2005-06 Annual Budget and Service Plans, adopt them and submit them to the Department prior to June 30, 2006. This public hearing enables the Pajaro Valley Unified School District SELPA to comply with that instruction.
Copies of the plans are available for inspection at the Pajaro Valley Unified School District SELPA office. At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the PVUSD Board of Trustees will adopt the plans.
