Elementary Science Teachers

Nine of PVUSD's 16 elementary schools have teachers who spend part or all of their work week teaching science; most of these are 4th–5th grade "release teachers." Here are the science teachers for 2011–2012

Children are Natural-Born Scientists!

Children are naturally curious — they are in fact natural-born scientists! They need only be given the opportunity to explore the world around them, and some guidance in their exploration, and most children will learn to love science. It comes quite naturally to most kids.
