On-Line Certificated Applicant Information |
Most applications for employment for certificated positions must be submitted on-line through EdJoin.
Those include classroom teachers, Bilingual Resource Teachers, Reading, Literacy and Math Coach, Parent Ed. Specialist, all Special Ed. Migrant Education, and counselors.
(For all other positions please download a Pajaro Valley Unified School District application and mail to our Human Resources Office.)
Detailed information and instructions for submitting your on-line application are available on the EdJoin web site. If you are not already registered with EdJoin, you will be prompted to select a user name and password. You should save and protect this user name and password for future access to EdJoin.
If you do not have access to a computer with an internet connection and/or do not understand how to submit an on-line application, a computer is available in the Human Resources Office where our staff will assist you in submitting your application.
All required documentation, including cover letter, resume, three letters of recommendation, and copy of credential should be scanned and included as attachments.

Applicants for most certificated positions are normally required to take an on-line interview, which is part of the on-line application through EdJoin. This on-line interview is an essential part of the application process for teaching positions and helps us to determine which applicants will be invited to participate in additional oral interviews. This on-line interview will require approximately 20 minutes of your undivided attention. If you do not have such time available when you submit your on-line application through EdJoin, you will have the option of taking this on-line interview at a more convenient time within the next few days.
