Noreen Towers, previously with the Gifted and Talented (GATE) program at PVUSD, has been selected to lead the Partnership and Vertical Teams. Noreen has been a teacher for thirteen years in grades 2, 5, and 7 at Woodlake Unified School District, and their Technology Coordinator. She is looking to receive her Master´s in Educational Technology this summer with a project called "Laptops for Learning" and an Administrative Credential next year. She also worked at the county level as a Reading Coordinator, Pre-Intern (BTSA) Coordinator, and Acadmeic Decathlon Coordinator. She has written grants, read grants for the state, and worked with CTAP in Fresno. Ms. Towers lives in Prunedale, has four children and one granddaughter, plus four horses.
