The district will hold a public hearing on May 23 at its regular Board Meeting to discuss imposing Level 2/3 developer fees as authorized by law. The proposed amounts of the fees per square foot are as set forth in the Resolution and Needs Analysis which are on file and available for public review at the District's Facility Planning and Construction Department.
