The Finance Department manages a $141 million budget, produces payroll twice monthly for 2,100 employees, and processes all Accounts Recievable and Accounts Payable.
The Purchasing Department services school sites and departments with well organized procurement systems and manages the bid process for large contracts.
Maintenance, Operations, and Facilities provides a full range of services and tracks a high volume of work orders to improve facilities and manages numerous modernization and construction projects each year throughout the District.
Risk & Safety Management provides all of the Districts’ sites, schools and departments with a vast array of services, guidelines, procedures, mandated/regulatory/environmental/legal compliance, and general oversight for health, safety, and well-being of our students and employees.
The Technology Department provides wide area and local area network facilities throughout the District to support telephone, data, video, and intercom capabilities; provides District-wide electronic mail and other collaborative functions; database connectivity for a variety of applications; and application support for student records, financial records, purchasing, and human resources.
The District has efficiently run Food Services and Transportation departments to serve our students.
An extensive Environmental, Health, and Safety Program is also in place to help insure that our school sites are safe and assist in reducing risks of illness and injury.
