New Employee Assistance Program -- Our new EAP program effective July 1, 2012 is with Managed Health Network Inc., - MHN.
Anthem adds ConditionCare Program -- effective July 1, 2012 the Anthem ConditionCare program has been included with our medical benefits. This benefit offers educational guides, newsletters, tips and tools on how to take care of your health for those with Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Diabetes-type 1 and 2 and Heart Failure.
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires health plans cover Women's Preventive Health Care services without cost sharing effective July 1, 2012. Services covered without cost sharing: Well-woman visits; Screening for gestational diabetes; Testing for HPV; counseling for sexually transmitted infections; breastfeeding support, supplies and counseling; interpersonal and domestic violence screening and counseling; HIV screening and counseling; FDA-approved contraception methods and contraceptive counseling.
Walgreens Pharmacy rejoins Express Scripts pharmacy network effective September 15, 2012.
