Students In TransitionStudents In Transition (SIT) provides services above and beyond those given through school site services. SIT works with homeless youth and families intransition. For qualifying students SIT provides the following services: referrals for dental, medical, counseling, and temporary foster placement (emergency shelter); emergency food, and school supplies; student and family enrollment for Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids, and Healthy Families insurance.
