Certificated Application Procedure

 

Current District Employees

 

Contracted Teachers, Substitute Teachers, After School Academic Program Teachers, need to submit only the “Certificated Letter of Intent” to apply for a Summer School Assignment.

 

*If you have been in a non-paid status for longer than six (6) months you will be required to update payroll paperwork in Human Resources Department (we will need to copy your social security card & valid identification) and current Tuberculosis clearance.

 

Non District Employees

 

Never worked with PVUSD in any capacity, must complete “Certificated Letter of Intent” and the “Certificated Employment Application” to apply for a Summer School Assignment. 

 

Please note that finger print clearance must be on file with PVUSD prior to the beginning of a Summer School Assignment if non-district employee.

 

You will be required to complete payroll paperwork in Human Resources Department (we will need to copy your social security card & valid identification) and current Tuberculosis clearance.

 

Employment with the Pajaro Valley Unified School District is not complete or official until applicants meet all pre-employment requirements, including Board of Trustee approval.  As part of the selection process, all new employees are required to provide the following information: new employees must be fingerprinted (paid by the District); TB test (paid by the employee); social security card; picture identification; and authorization to work (I-9).

 

 

SUMMER SCHOOL SALARY INFORMATION

Pay Rate: 28.36 Per Hour

Pay Dates Are August 10th and Septemeber 10th
