Data gathered in all phases will be sent to and monitored by Mr. Forest. It will be his responsibility to collect, prepare and present up-to-date data to teachers, administrators and CDE representatives at any time. Using this data, he will write required reports in a way that allows the CDE to monitor program success. The role of our Evaluator is explained in context to activities on the following pages.
