Continuous Improvement Cycle/Refining the Program

• California School Technology Survey:The survey will be completed and submitted to the state by the District Director of Technology. Ordering and installation will be his responsibility, updating the district inventory to reflect new technologies and resources acquired by this program.

• The status of hardware and software deployment will be presented to the leadership team quarterly by the Director of Technology. Anecdotal evidence on how technology deployment is working will be presented by coaches working directly with teachers. Progress toward deployment in alignment with the timeline and supporting the student program will be presented. The District Technology Director will address any issues or problems with deployment or resources.
