Welcome to Purchasing Services

     Pajaro Valley Unified School District purchases a wide variety of merchandise through a centralized purchasing system.  The purpose of this guide is to acquaint you with the District´s Purchasing procedures and explain how you can do business with the District.  Our goal is to provide PVUSD schools and departments with the products and services they need, in a timely and cost-effective manner. 

Centralized Purchasing

    Procurement of supplies, materials, equipment and services are centralized in the Purchasing Department under the Director of Purchasing, operating within the Department of Business Services.  Please note that funds for the acquisition of goods or services may not be committed without an authorized Purchase Order number or a District Procurement Card.

Office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. 

To ensure that you receive adequate attention, we recommend that you make an appointment before coming to the Purchasing Office.

We are located on the fourth floor of the PVUSD District Office at the corner of Green Valley Rd. and Holohan/Airport Blvd.

From Highway 1, take the Watsonville/Gilroy/152 Exit and proceed northeast about three miles.
