This event is designed to highlight the wonderful work our Staff and Students are doing in the field of publishing. We are looking for submissions not just from primary classrooms. We hope that each site Middle and High Schools included, submits work not only from language arts, but from math, science and social studies as well. We are also hoping for many digital entries and the focus is on creative displays of student writing. The projects will be displayed on the evening of April 8, 2008 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm at Edward A. Hall Middle School. All entries will then be packed for display at the County Authors’ Fair in the Capitola Mall on May 3, 2008. We have arranged for all entries made to the PVUSD Fair to also be entered in the County fair without any extra effort by PVUSD staff. We will be excepting volunteers for set up at each event so if you have staff members that have worked actively with this in the past you can have them contact us. We are very excited about this opportunity for our students to display their hard work and hope that you will support this event.
