- EdTech Profile: Teacher responses to communication and collaboration portions of the profile tool will be used. Baseline data was established in spring, ’05, and formative and post data will be collected in May, ’07 & ’08.
- Teacher Survey: Teachers will complete surveys monthly, including a portion asking the frequency and the resources used to communicate with parents and others in the community.

- The Evaluator will collect and report management data at leadership team meetings and teachers at the Integrated Writing and Technology Trainings (4 days across the term of the project). Communication frequency and methods will be discussed along with improvement strategies. Areas of need will be identified and strategies for improvement made, recorded and disseminated to others in the project, supported by coaches and the Technology Director.
- Project leadership will evaluate data, teacher decisions and make recommendations as to resources and support to improve the communication between school, home and community.
