Performance Benchmark 3.0 to be achieved by 6/29/07: The average student-to-multimedia computer ratio for the targeted population will decrease from a baseline of 3.9:1 in the 2005-06 school years to 3:1 by 6/30/07.

Performance Benchmark 3.0 to be achieved by 6/30/08: The average student-to-multimedia computer ratio for the targeted population will decrease from a baseline of 3:1 in the 2006-07 school years to 2.8:1 by 6/30/08.

The California School Technology Survey will provide data showing a decrease in the student/computer ratio.

Baseline data already collected; new California School Technology Survey will be completed at the end of each project year.
