Funding Source:

$14,600,000 State (Hardship Status Approved) and $600,000 District Certificates of Participation (COP)

CEQA:

Negative Declaration completed and adopted by the Board in August 2000.

Toxic Review:

Toxic clean-up completed and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) approved.

Aeronautical Review:

Approved by Department of Aeronautics in August 2000.

CDE Site Approval:

The California Department of Education approved.

Site Purchased:

In escrow for $2,600,000

DSA Approved Plans:

Completed by LPA architects, approved by the Department of the State Architect in December 2000.

OPSC Status:

Project submitted to OPSC in December 2000, on First Quarter 2001, was on the March 2001 State Allocation Board (SAB) Board agenda for funding approval based on priority points, but was not funded.
